Rachel'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped or to taste
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Boil broccoli 8 to 10 minutes in salted water.
    Drain and chop.
    Add all ingredients, except crackers and margarine.
    Put in casserole dish and sprinkle crumbled crackers over the top.
    Pour margarine over crackers.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
