Linguine With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
fresh ground pepper to taste
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 c. water
1 large chopped onion
2 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained (reserve juice)
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. cooked linguine noodles
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in butter until onions are clear.
Add juice from clams and spices; simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine flour and water; stir well.
Add to saucepan and stir until thickens. Add clams until heated through.
Serve over noodles.
