Deviled Halibut Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. salt
4 halibut steaks (about 2 lb.)
Preparation

Mix the mustard, oil, chili sauce, horseradish and salt together.
Spread half of mixture on halibut steaks.
Put on greased broiler rack and broil for about 6 minutes under medium heat.
Turn fish; spread with remaining sauce and broil for 5 or 6 minutes longer.
