Skillet Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie crust
Preparation
    Melt butter in an iron skillet.
    Mix sugar, flour and cocoa; stir into oleo until well-coated and glossy or oily.
    Beat egg yolks and mix with milk.
    Add slowly to chocolate mixture.
    Stir with a wire whisk and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie crust.
    Top with meringue.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
