Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small pkg. butterscotch chips
    3 c. peeled, chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine the first 3 ingredients; beat well.
    Combine flour and other dry ingredients with egg mixture; beat well.
    Add apples and pecans; mix.
    Spread in well-greased pan.
    (This is a thick batter.) Top cake with butterscotch chips; bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
