Chicken With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken legs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 c. canned peas
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large potatoes, cut into slices
Preparation
    Brown chicken in olive oil and garlic.
    Add soup, water and potatoes and cook for 45 minutes in covered Dutch oven.
    Check for doneness by piercing leg with fork.
    Add peas and salt and pepper. Serve when chicken in cooked and peas are hot.
    May be served with rice or noodles.
