Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
    8 or 10 oz. Cool Whip
    1 milk chocolate cake icing
Preparation
    Mix milk and pudding.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Layer pan with crackers.
    Pour 1/2 pudding on top; repeat crackers and remaining pudding.
    Top with crackers again.
    Stir icing (heat in microwave if needed) until soft and spread over crackers.
    Chill overnight.
