Quick Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. butter
pineapple chunks
2 egg whites, beaten
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
juice from can pineapple
1 1/2 c. marshmallows, cut up
Preparation

Place everything except pineapple chunks, egg whites and marshmallows in pan and cook until thick.
Pour over pineapple. Let cool to lukewarm.
Add marshmallows and egg whites.
