Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 c. precooked Minute rice
    1 large chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in a skillet until the pink is gone.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover the skillet with a lid tightly.
    Turn to low and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
