Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Add flour, 1/2 cup at a time, beating good after each 1/2 cup.
Chill 1 hour or overnight.
Roll and cut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7
to 10 minutes.
Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
