Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled zucchini
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. bisquick
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix everything together & bake in greased 8 X 8 pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
