Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup (cream of celery or mushroom may be substituted)
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
Preparation

Boil or slow cook the chicken until tender.
Pull apart into small bite size pieces. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray. Layer chicken in dish.
Top with soup.
Finish with layer of stuffing mix.
Heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until hot.
