Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt.
    Melt oleo and add with eggs to mixture, beating slightly.
    Add buttermilk and continue to beat. Add vanilla.
    Pour into pastry shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until pie is firm from center to edges.
