Veal Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 veal cutlets
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. shallots
1/2 c. Marsala cooking wine
about 1 c. flour
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Dredge veal through flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Place in a frying pan coated with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Lightly brown veal on both sides; then add remaining ingredients.
Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Serve with parsley potatoes.
