Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil (Mazola)
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can pineapple, crushed
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; mix oil with sugar.
    Add eggs (one at a time); beat
    after each.
    Add dry ingredients to mix.
    Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Pour in greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
