Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. wild rice
    1/2 c. white or brown rice
    2 c. chicken broth, boiling
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet. Saut mushrooms until tender and set aside. Place rice in a 2-quart casserole dish. Add hot chicken broth, water chestnuts, salt and remaining 2 tablespoons butter (cut into small pieces). Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir in sauted mushrooms; cover and continue to bake for 20 to 30 minutes longer or until moisture is absorbed.
