Teriyaki Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 chicken wings
1 c. naturally brewed soy sauce
3/4 c. scallions with tops, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger or 1 Tbsp. ginger root, grated
Preparation

Disjoint chicken wings; discard tips.
Blend soy sauce, scallions, sugar, oil, garlic and ginger in large mixing bowl. Stir in chicken pieces; cover and marinate 30 minutes.
Remove chicken; reserve marinade.
Place chicken side by side in shallow baking pan, skin side down.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Turn pieces over; baste with reserved marinade and bake 15 minutes longer.
