Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 or 2 chopped jalapenos
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute
    onion,
    celery
    and bell pepper in butter.
    Cook rice, combine with other ingredients.
    Put in large casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
