Fish Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. okra, sliced
    1/2 c. onion, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 lb. mild white fish
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake fish 10 minutes, covered.
    Combine vegetables, tomato sauce and chili powder in a saucepan.
    Simmer 10 minutes adding a little water if necessary.
    Take fish out of oven and flake.
    Add vegetables. Top with herbs. Return to oven to simmer.
    Serve over rice.
