Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients including sugar.
    Make a well in the middle of dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until smooth.
    Divide in 3 loaf pans or 4 (1-pound) coffee cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans.
