*Rice Pilaf With Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground round
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. converted rice
    2 pkg. George Washington seasonings or bouillon
Preparation
    Brown meat mixture in same pan you will prepare rice.
    Remove all fat and add rice, seasoning packets and 2 1/2 cups water. Cook on low until mixture is 3/4 done. Add butter or margarine and work through rice.
    Finish cooking.
    Let sit with paper towel under lid so as not to have mixture retain too much moisture.
