Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root, grated
2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Combine and mix well.
Marinate meat 4 to 12 hours in refrigerator.
May baste with marinade during cooking.
