Baked Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ribs
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. honey
    2 slices ginger, minced
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 glove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cut ribs in rather small pieces, about 3 or 4 inches. Marinate in chicken broth, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sherry, ginger and garlic.
    Stir completely.
    Put ribs in and marinate for 3 hours (no longer, or ribs will become tough).
    Bake for 2 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Baste every 10 minutes.
