Texas Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 medium green pepper
1/2 medium onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage, onion and green pepper.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and toss.
Combine remaining ingredients and remaining sugar and bring to a boil.
Pour immediately over vegetable mixture.
Cover and chill for about 4 hours.
