Mixed Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ham hocks or smoked turkey wings
    2 qt. water
    5 lb. mustard greens
    5 lb. turnip greens
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil meat in 2 quarts water for 1 hour.
    In meantime, prepare greens, removing stems and damaged leaves.
    Wash 3 or 4 times until rinse water is clear.
    Mustard and turnip green leaves are small and do not require cutting before cooking.
    Add whole leaves and seasoning to boiling water.
    Cover and cook rapidly for about 25 minutes or until tender.
    When done, cut greens with knife while still in pot.
    Serve with hot pepper slices and vinegar.
