Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large red or yellow bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can (7-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
1/3 c. long grain rice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Halve peppers lengthwise, removing stem ends, seeds and membranes. Immerse peppers into boiling water for 3 minutes. Sprinkle inside of pepper with salt. Invert on paper towels to drain.
