Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes, until golden brown.
    Serves 8.
