Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (27 oz.) can whole green chilies
    3/4 lb. Jack cheese
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, separated
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Flatten chilies, slice the cheese and layer in a greased 3-quart casserole pan.
    Start with chilies and alternate with cheeses (separate or mixed).
    Layering until all chilies and cheese are used.
