Kraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. sauerkraut, drained
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Heat together sauerkraut and margarine.\tFill greased 1 1/2-quart casserole with alternating layers of meat mixture, kraut and rice.
    Mix together milk, sour cream and egg; pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
