Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 partially baked pie crust
    4 oz. fat-free Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped (canned chicken is okay)
    1/2 c. green peas or broccoli
    3 eggs or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Toss cheese and onion with flour (use waxed paper and save a clean up job).
    Spread chicken and peas on bottom of crust and sprinkle with cheese-onion mixture.
    Combine and beat eggs, milk, garlic salt and pepper until well mixed (not frothy); pour over the other ingredients in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and top is lightly browned.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
