Pork Chops And Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 thinly cut pork chops
8 medium carrots
1 large onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lard
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut carrots, slice in half, then again as have quarters. Arrange to cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine flour, salt, thyme and pepper.
Dredge chops in mixture.
Brown.
Arrange over carrots.
Put onion slice on each chop.
Pour water.
Cover pan slightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
