Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. pasteurized process cheese spread
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook onions and celery in butter until tender-crisp.
    Add remaining ingredients except grated cheese. Spoon into buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake 3 minutes longer, or until cheese melts.
