Artichoke Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and minced
    1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    extra bread crumbs
    extra Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except extra bread crumbs and extra Parmesan cheese, and roll into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in remaining bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Freeze if you wish.
