Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter (at room temperature)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, thawed
1 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Blend strawberries and butter with mixer at high speed.
Blend thoroughly.
Add powdered sugar.
Refrigerate.
Serve with rolls, toast or cookies.
