Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Beat together the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well, fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Make icing and pour over cake while warm.
