Vegetable Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans, drained
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. chopped cucumber
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In large bowl, fold beans into combined vegetables.
    Combine oil, lemon juice and chili powder.
    Pour over salad and toss lightly.
    Chill several hours.
    Serves 12.
