Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. torn mixed greens (lettuce, endive, etc.)
    1 medium tomato, chopped coarsely
    1/2 small cucumber, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    1 c. ripe olives
    1 c. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, cover and chill until serving time, up to 2 hours.
    Pour Greek dressing over just before serving.
    Yields 6 to 8 side dish servings.
