Spaghetti Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 lb. ground meat
    3 c. minced onions
    1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    4 cloves minced garlic
    3 (16 oz.) can tomatoes *
    1 (14 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil in large (6 quart) heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add ground meat, onion, green peppers and garlic.
    Cook, stirring frequently, 20 to 30 minutes or until meat is no longer red and fat has cooked out of meat.
    Skim off fat.
