Cal-A-Vie Roasted Garlic And Ricotta Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head garlic
    1 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese or 2 percent fat cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Preparation
    Roast garlic in covered casserole at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes.
    Separate cloves to cool, then squeeze out pulp into bowl of food processor.
    Puree, then add remaining ingredients except for herb.
    Chill until ready to serve, then stir in chives.
    Makes an excellent dip or filling for hors d'oeuvres.
