Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. evaporated milk or whole milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice, brandy or rum
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    cooking oil
Preparation
    This is a refreshing, easy to take along snack!
