Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. limeade frozen concentrate
    6 oz. lemonade frozen concentrate
    12 oz. orange juice frozen concentrate
    1 (2 liter) bottle 7-Up
    2 lemons (approximately)
    2 limes (approximately)
    2 oranges (approximately)
    rainbow sherbet
Preparation
    Freeze an ice ring at least 1 day in advance.
    Place slices of fruit in jello mold and cover with water.
    Pour the thawed concentrates in a large punch bowl.
    Add 7-Up and ice ring.
    Top with scoops of sherbet.
