Strawberries With Amaretto Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Amaretto
2 Tbsp. cream or half and half
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix together in blender until smooth.
Strawberries can be served with powdered sugar in a goblet with Amaretto sauce poured over the berries.
Extra Amaretto may be poured over berries before adding sauce.
Berries may be used plain and the sauce used as a dip.
