Salisbury Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato juice or milk
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Shape into oblong patties. Brown in skillet.
    Add the brown gravy mix and water.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
