Cookie Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. jello gelatin (any flavor)
1/2 c. cold water
8 to 10 chocolate cookies
2/3 c. boiling water
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
ice cubes
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring 3 minutes. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin; mix well.
Blend in whipped topping until smooth.
Chill 15 minutes, until mixture will mound.
Crumble 1/2 of a cookie into each of 8 to 10 dessert glasses.
Fill 1/2 full with gelatin. Top with another 1/2 cookie, then fill glasses with gelatin. Chill 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped topping.
