Granny Smith'S Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head red cabbage, shredded
3 to 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 c. apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 rounded tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. fennel seed
Preparation

In large skillet, stir together all ingredients.
Cook over medium heat until cabbage is tender, about 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
