Cheesecake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a medium-size bowl, blend together butter, brown sugar and flour with a fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Put 1 cup of the mixture aside for topping.
    Press remaining mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Combine sugar and cream cheese, mixing until smooth.
    Thoroughly beat in egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Spread over the baked crust and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar mixture.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool for at least 1 hour before cutting.
