Cauliflower 'N Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook cauliflower until tender; drain.
Place in greased casserole.
In bowl, combine cheeses, crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over cauliflower.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
