Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Miracle Whip
2/3 c. Dijon mustard
1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2/3 c. plain or seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
4 fish fillets or steaks
Preparation

Prepare a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or oil, butter or shortening.
Combine Miracle Whip, mustard, onion, parsley and soy sauce in bowl.
Dip each piece of fish in the mixture, then arrange in a single layer in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425\u00b0. Test for doneness by cutting into the thickest piece.
