Cabbage And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    1 chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 pt. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook cabbage, carrots and onion 20 minutes and drain.
    Put in a greased casserole.
    Make a white sauce of the milk, butter and salt and then add the cheese.
    When cheese is melted, pour over vegetables.
    Cover with buttered crumbs.
    Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
