Crazy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together and then add the remaining ingredients.
Spray the pan with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
